EPI2ME 26.09-01 Release
Dear Nanopore Community,
We are satisfied to announce a new release of EPI2ME Desktop. This update brings improved reliability across workflow launch, setup, and cloud analysis, alongside important security updates and new agreement flows.
During installation, users will be asked to agree to Oxford Nanopore’s general terms and conditions. Before setting up cloud analysis, users will also be asked to acknowledge additonal terms that clarify Oxford Nanopore’s role when cloud services are used.
New releases
- Added startup and cloud launch agreement flows.
- Improved recovery for analyses that are missing or fail to load correctly.
- Improved report reloading for compatible community workflows.
- Improved workflow visibility and download ordering.
- Improved BugSeq upload reliability.
- Updated dependencies and security-related handling.
